Future Motors becomes principal contractor to one of the leading real estate companies in UK

Future Motors has been appointed principal contractor by one of the UK’s leading real estate companies, following a previous project where the company supplied smart motor equipment for installation by third-party contractors.

 While that initial trial proved the energy-saving potential of the technology, the experience highlighted a key challenge: inconsistent installation outcomes when Future Motors wasn’t overseeing the process directly.

In response, Future Motors was awarded full responsibility — not just for supply, but also project delivery, installation, and commissioning.
